NEW OPERA HOUSE.
'London Speaks."
For years the cry has been from picturegoers: "Give us something different, get away from the stereotyped thriller film—drama, or comedy. Give us something different." -It is said that this has been accomplished in "London Speaks," the first feature length production made in London by Australian enterprise and capital, and which opens at the New Opera House tomorrow. ''London Speaks" has been described by English and overseas critics as being "as good as a trip to London." The adventure■• is commenced by the arrival at the great metropolis, and there is the opportunity of studying from the deck of the ship the perspective of the great city. The Tower, ■. St. .Madame Tussaud's. Rotten Row, the Old Curiosity Shop, all pass before an interested gaze. There's Cleopatra's Needle on the Embankment, and the King is seen passing. The vast amount of humour that London contains is presented, and one of Britains' best salesmen in Petticoat Lane is seen as he tries to sell a most intimate portion of ladies' apparel. .
