CAPTAIN TAYLOR'S ACTION

SYDNEY, This Day. The "Daily Telegraph's" Canberra correspondent says that the recommendation for recognition of Captain Taylor's bravery in connection with the Southern Cross Tfesman venture will be endorsed by th^e Federal Cabinet. It is practically certain that Cabinet will recommend that Captain Taylor receive the Air Force Cross.
