" This Uttle drama was played out in High Street, Peckham, recently. Clouds of ammonia which escaped from a butchers shop when the cap of a re^ frigerating plant blew up were the cause. A cordon of police was thrown round the building and firemen in gas masks entered and plugged the leak Three firemen were slightly scalded by the fumes.
