NEW LONDON MARKET BIG EXTENSION COMPLETE (British Official WlrHe«j.i RUGBY, May 12. The new flower market at Spitalfields, which has been erected by the London Corporation at a cost of £2,000,000 as an extension of the fruit and vegetable market, and which is designed to meet the demand for cut flowers in the eastern districts of London, will be opened early in June. The British trade in cut flowers has steadily increased since the war, and is now the largest of any country in the world. It amounts to £14,000,000 per annum.
