(Received May 14, 1.15 p.m.) ROME, May 1& The Government this evening informed Abyssinia that the two Italian representatives on the Conciliatory Commission had been chosen. It also announced that three transports with 3000 troops, including artillerymen, guns, and workmen, were departing for East Africa during the week.
