AN ADVISORY COUNCIL
TOKIO, May 11. ■ The establishment is announced of a National Policy Advisory Council of 17, the chairman of which is the Premier, Mr. Okada, and the vice-chair-man the Finance Minister, Mr. Takahashi. The council includes the exPremier, Mr. Saito, numerous other statesmen, and prominent people. '.»■ The duty of the council is to advise the Government on most ■ important affairs. ? .
