FIFTH AVENUE FASHIONS
TRADITIONAL PARADE
NEW YORK, April 21.
With ! a bright sun shining, New York's- socially prominent people held the traditional Easter parade in Fifth Avenue today. Long lines formed in front of the fashionable churches awaiting an opportunity, to. worship at the numerous Easter services.
While the rich were displaying the season's latest style creations, numerous malcontents took the opportunity to protest against . their condition. Several ''protest parades" were held up Fifth Avenue, including a group of striking seamen. , ■ :
The leaders of one parade of unemployed were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. •' '"-:
