AUSTRALIAN EXPORTS INCREASE
■ Exports of butter from Australia for the current) season July 1 to March 23 amounted to 97,552 tons, as compared with 83,158 tons for the corresponding period last season^ Increases this year were shown by all States, excepting South Australia. Shipments bo far to the United Kingdom this season have been 92,065 tons, as compared with 77,622 tons, mother markets took only 5487 tons as against 5536 tons last season.
