DUNEDIN, April .12. ■ Final arrangements in ..connection, witn. the int'erprovincial eighfroar contest to b< rowed in Otago Hai'bour on Easter Satur* day were made at a special meeting of th«l Otago Bowing. Association tonight. TM provinces to be represented are Canter* bury, Wellington, Southland, - Auckland, Wanganui, East Coast (North Island), and) Otago. . The draw for starting positions re-i suited as follows:—Wellington (outside)Ji Otago, 2; Canterbury, 3; Southland, 4S Auckland, 5; Wanganui, G; East Coast, 3} (inshore). - The interprovincial contest will start at 10 a.m., the inter-university eights at ll a.m., and the inter-island eights at noon. The draw for starting positions in th# inter-university race ['resulted: —Auckland* 1; Otaso, 2; Wellington, 3; Canterbury* i (inshore).
