COUNCILLOR CHARGED

A charge was made against Barton Ginger in the Lower Hutt Court today that on April 9, 1934, having on October 4, 1933, become incapacitated from being a Lower Hutt borough councillor, he acted as a councillor of Lower Hutt by attending a meeting of the borough council as a member. Similar charges related to attendance at meetings as a councillor on October 9, 1933, and September 19, 1934. , '_ The three charges were laid by Mr. A.
