Institute won by nine wickets . . Junior Bl.—Karon defeated Old Boys by cHit wickets. Scores: Old Boys, 138 (Bydder 65) and 198 (Bydder 58, MeKenzie 55, Williams 13): Karori, 233 (J. Hanratty 64, Marris 60. < Nimmo ■ 18, K. Mack 17, Hamilton 15, Beck 13, Sutton 11) and 128 for two wickets (Armitage 100 not out, J. Hanratty 17). Armitage made his century in 39 minutes, his score including eight 6's and tew 4's. Bowling for Karori: Sutton four for 24 and four for 32; Marris two for 42 and five for 70. Junior B2.—Karori defeated Brooklyn by seven ■wickets. Aitken three for 8. Petone secured an eight-point win by 124 runs.
