AIR TRANSPORT DIVIDEND,
The second annual report of Holdens Air Transport Services, Ltd., Australia, shows a net profit of £5693 on a gross revenue of £33.643. The first year gave a net profit of £5388. Three interim quarterly dividends of 6ci per share each and the final quarterly, also of 6d per share, cq\tal to 10 per cent, for the year, account for £2500. It is proposed" that goodwill of £2000 should be,entirely eliminated from the balance-sheet and a sum, of £1500 transferred to the general reserve, making that account £2500.
