WELLINGTON CLASSICS
The classic programme for which nominations are to be • called in June was approved by the stewards of the Wellington Racing' Club" yesterday afternoon. It' 'is identical with last year's programme. The programme for the. club's Winter Meeting has also been drafted, but it will not be finally approved till-the next meeting of stewards. ,The club's secretary, Miss D/E. Bray, has . been granted three weeks' leave, of absence and she will go on holiday to the Taupo-Rotorua district tomorrow.
