Four' Nazi 6.we re ; <s ondemned t c aeath~as a result of the court martial concerning the alleged plot by Nazi's living In the Kernel territory to seize portion of Lithuania and transfer it to Germany by armed force. The leader of the Memel Nazis Dr. Neumann, and ms deputy, Herr Berlulelt, were sentenced'to twelve years' imprisonment and nine others to nine'years' imprisonment.- Herr Dressier, ex-president of the Memel Chamber.-received eight years' imprisonment. Thirty-five of tne accused were released. me , sentences on others ranged from one to eight yearsr imprisonment. The property.of all the guilty parti** was confiscated. The four,who were to death were found guilty of murdering a fellow Nazi . whom they suspected of betraying them. Two others who were charged with murder were sentenced to lire- . imprisonment. "
