Melbourne, March 26. The State Parliamentarylabour party decided by 14 votes to 4 to support .the Country '.tarty's no-confidence motion. Although the vote is not likely to be taken until late in tne week it is now regarded as certain that the Ministry will be defeated. It is understood that Mr. Tunnecliffe, Leader of the .Opposition, will refuse to form a ministry and that Mr. Dunfltan is likely to agree to submit a Country iarty Ministry.
