Competition cricket in all the grades except one was completed on Saturday. By defeating Smith and Smiths. State Fire maintained their championship lead in the A grade and ran out grade winners with 36 points, four points ahead of Customs; who beat Roseneath. ■ Roseneath and Jasco tied in third place with 30 points. -Principal A grad^ .results are: State Fire 129 for five. Smith and Smiths 92; Customs 139 for four, Roseneath 102; Jaeco 144, Overseas Shipping 123; Nivens 209, Cowans 160. In the B grade competition' Telephone Exchange "148 for four beat State Advances 141, and Woolworths 153 for seven • declared beat Hannahs 74 and 89-. for two. These two teams are level and play off for the championship next Saturday. In the same grade Education 140, for seven beat Prestige <57 and lie third. The C, D and G grade finalists were found last week. Clubs will be notified by letter of the arrangements ,for the concluding games next Saturday- * FIXTURES MADE.
