RECORD ATTENDANCE

RUGBY, February 25: Last week's- attendance at the British Industries Fair1 created a record.
At Olympiaand White City there attended during the six days 70,124 buyers. This was an increase on tlje number for the first week of the fair last year of 7742. The public attendance on Saturday was considerably over 16,000, the highest figure for any one day since the inception of the fair in 1915. So large was the crowd at White City - that the entrances had twice temporarily to be closed;
