BEANS FOR ZEPPELINS
Plans are being prepared under which Germany will accept beans from Manchukuo, in payment for Japanese purchases of zeppelins. Under this plan the Pacific Air Transport Company, the joint. Japan-Manchukuo concern; which will begin operating next April, 13 to : purchase an airship with Manchukuo beans. Other zeppelins will also be. purchased on the barter system. The Pacific Air Transport Company proposes to start regular air services ; between Hsinking, the Manchukuo capital, Osaka, Toklo, and the Southern Pacific Islands. -~-<
