(Received February 19, noon.), , ; '' v SYDNEY, This Day. ■• 1 Dulcie Wilbow, aged 22, was strangled to death, in a room of a residential flat at Glebe .on Sunday night Her body was discovered last night by her parents. Early yesterday her busband, Victor Wilbow, 24, shot himself through the heart at his parents' horn* at Greenwich. The police believe the man murdered his wife»and then committed suicide.
