(To the Editor.) -.; - Sir,—l wish to bring before your notice the condition of the bicycle track between _Petone and Wellington. As many people are in the habit,.of using this track it. is an important matter which should be . considered. Not only is the. bicycle track in such a deplorable state, but one is not permitted to ride.on the main roadway. I know the risk and confusion this would cause, but One is justified ]in wanting to do so when the authorities do not see the heed for repairing this byway.
