INQUIRY INTO FIRE
DAMAGE TO FRUIT CROP
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The Auckland Fire Board, has requisitioned the Coroner to hold an inquiry into the fire which swept the mill of the Morningside Timber Co, at Morningside on December 1, whea damage totalling £15,000 was done. At the time of the fire it .was attributed to a spark from a railway locomotive, and it is expected that th« Railway. Department will. ;be represented at the inquiry, at which the Fire Board will lead the evidence.
