AERO CLUB PILOT
FAREWELL TO MR: BOLT
Members of the Wellington Aero Club met in the clubhouse to say farewell to * light-Lieutenant G. B. Bolt, pilot engineer of the club, who is leaving shortly to take up an appointment with. Cook Strait Airways, Ltd. Good wishes for his future success were expressed, and he was presented with a gold wristlet watch. In making the presentation, Mr. Gavin Wallace, vice-president of the club, said that the gift was a mark of the esteem and regard in which Flight-Lieutenant Bolt was held, and some return for the excellent service he had given as pilot and engineer. Members of the,club were glad that he was not going far away, and hoped that he would still' be able to be of some service to"-'the club. In returning thanks, Flight-Lieutenant Bolt said that his service with the club had been happy;, and he would be pleased to do anything in his. poi\er,to fuither the welfare of the club.'
