FEILDING STOCK PRICES.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., made the following sales at Feilding on February 9:—Fat sheep: 2-tooths, 21s, 21s 3d, to 22s 6d- b f lambs, 12s 6d, «3s 3d,'-14s 7d, to 16s Idw.f. wether: lambs, 11s 6d, 12s, 12s 6d to 13s 9d; 5-year ewes, 163, 16s 9d, 17s sd, to 18s 3d; medium ewes, 13s, 14s, 15s; fattening ewes, 7s: 6d, 8s 3d, 9s 6d. Car-ed Fish Trade, Sydney, reports good demand for all varieties of canned fish. Salmon is moving out freely. Canned crab is also meeting very fair inquiry at prices ranging from 14s Gd to 15s 6d per dozen, according to brand. The sardine' position is still acute, and very small shipments only are arriving. The market for New Zealand canned' whitebait is bare and there will be no relief until towards the end of the year.
