GOLF UNION RULING

LONDON, February 8.

The British Golf Union's joint advisory council privately discussed the status of three am'atuer golfers employed in the sale of golf goods, making them ineligible for the amateur championship under the latest ruling.

The council decided to send the St. Andrews communication on: the matter to the unions for action. .
