Matyas Rakoski, after serving-eigM and a half years for helping <"tb: create a Communist ■ organisation as Trade Commissioner of the BelaKun-regime, has been sentenced to imprisonment for life. He faced charges including forty-four counts of murder in connection with sentences passed. during-his term of office by revolutionary • tribunals, and also executions carried out under martial law during.. the -=same period. Rakoski was further, charged with lese majeste, rebellion, andut> tering counterfeit coins. ;
