OBITUARY

COLONEL ROBERT LOGAN

' LONDON, February 7. The death has occurred of Colonel Robert Logan, C.B.

Born at Berwickshire in 1863. Colonel Logan was educated at Edinburgh Academy, and came to New Zealand in 1881, taking lip sheep farming. He was Administrator of Samoa from September, 1914-1919. He was Colonel Commanding the Samoan Expeditionary Force in 1914, and was made a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour by the French Government.
