EXPRESSION OF REGRET

SYDNEY, February 6.

In the High Court today Mr. Justice Evatt dismissed without costs Egon Kisch's action for contempt of Court against the "Sydney Morning Herald," arising out of the publication of articles and letters between December 21 and January 8 on the subject of whether the Scottish Gaelic could be regarded as a European language. Mr.-Justice Evatt said that the dismissal was without prejudice to any proceedings that, might be brought in the New South Wales.
