JAPAN'S EXPORT OF BEER

GERMANY CANNOT COMPETE

BERLIN, February 5. German . brewers are suffering severely as the result of Japanese dumping. The Brewers' Association' says.that Japan; is selling bottled beer at a price. for which German brewers cannot, even buy the bottles. Germanyin 1934 exported 3,800,000 gallons compared with 6,270,000 in 1932. Japan is now the second beer-exporting country of the world, Britain being the first.
