Ellis will have the mount on Nightly, and his other engagements are for Imperial Spear, Invoice, ' Top Rank, ■ and Manetho. " ' . , Additional riding engagements announced are:—G. H. Mr. F. T. Walwyn, one of England's best dinatem rideis,, Uiid <i w.j ~.. ,v in a race at Derby on December IS. ITis mount, Star Bound, came clown, and Mi. Walwyn as he lay on the giound was kicked on the head by another horse. His skull was fractured. When the last mail left London he was doing as well as could he expected, and it was hoped that he might make a recovery, about which there were at first grave doubts.
