(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCiH, February 6. Entries were heavier at today's Addington market, but values generally were maintained. Store lambs: A Much smaller entry and better sale by Is to Is 6d a head. 'Rape lambs made from 15s to 17s 2d; medium 10s to 14s; cull, 7s to 9s 6d. Store sheep: An indifferent quality entry and a good clearance. Two-tooth ewes

made to 25s 9d, and four, and six-tooths 23s to 23s 6d; forward wethers, 19s.

Fat lambs: 3700 penned.. All weights of firsts lambs are selling at 7%d and seconds at 7d. Heavy lambs sold at Is 6d advance on last week.

Fat sheep: 4400 were penned. Butchers' ewes were up Is, and light ewes were dow-n by up to Is, and wethers were unchanged under a steady export demand. Extra heavy wethers to 28s 7d; prime, 23s to 24s 6d; prime medium weight, 21s to 22s 6d; niedium qualitj-, 18s to 20s 6d; light to 17s 6d; extra prime ewes to 25s 4d; prime heavy, 18s to 20s; medium-weight prime, 15s to 17s 6d; ordinary ewes, 12s Gd to 14s; light ewes to 11s 6d. Fat cattle: 500 were penned, and a I slightly improved sale resulted for best imedium-weight steer beef, with average beef unchanged and inferior cheaper/Best beef made to 25s per 1001b;' good, 21s to 235; heavy, 17s to 18s 6d; and secondary, Ms to 16s. Extra prime heavy steers sold to £10 12s 6d; prime heavy,' £8 10s to £9 10s; medium-weight prime, £8 to £9; .medium quality, £4 15s to £7; light, £3 ilOs to £4 10s. Extra prime heifers to £7 17s Ccl; prime, £5 to £7; ordinary, £3 5s to £4 10s; light to £3. Extra prime cows to £7; prime, £5 to £6; ordinary, £2 15s to £4; light and aged to £2 10s. Fat pigs: A heavy entry, but it included a big proportion of unfinished sorts. For prime pigs there was a good demand, with a little improvement for porkers. Exporters secured 170 head. Choppers, 50s to. £4 13s 6d; bacouers, 43s 6d' to 48s 6d; heavy, 52s 6d to £3; extra heavy, £3 2s 6d to £3 13s 6d; average price per lb, 5%d to 5%d. Fnjkers, 30s to 34s 6d; heavy porkers, 36s 6d to 42s 6d; average price per lb, 5%d to 6%d;
