For having been found without lawful excuse in the St. George Hotel at an early hour this morning, Harry Augustine Leahy, aged 26, a carpenter, was convicted by Mr. E. Page, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within- twelve months. Archibald West, aged 70,-a hawker, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment for having been found without lawful excuse in an empty house in Sages Lane. ' :
