' LONDON, February]3.----"Sporting Life", says that officials'of the Northern Rugby League have sanctioned a scheme to establish six London professional Rugby clubs to play; the Northern League next season. -H | the venture is successful, other clubs will be formed in the south, enabling I the inauguration of a southern section!: of the Rugby League. French>teams: may be invited to visit London.
