MELBOURNE TO HOBART

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ■ AUCKLAND, This Day. Private advice has been received that the race from Melbourne to Hobart between the yachts To Eapunga and Ngataki, which previously raced from Auckland to-Melbourne, was won by the Te Bapunga, which arrived yesterday after a voyage of 5 days 6 hours 30 minutes. Tho raco was sponsored by the Royal Hobart Regatta Committee for a first prize of £20 and a second of £10. Both yachts will compete in the regatta at Hobart on February 5.
