(Special to the " Evening Post.") PALMEKSTON N., This Day. About £600 in damage was'done on Sunday night Tyhen fire destroyed an implement shed and contents and a full hayrick on- the property of Mr. W. G. Shannon, Jtangitikci line. The outbreak was discovered at 11 p.m. and efforts made by a bucket brigade which fought hopelessly in an unequal task. The implement shed contained relatively new equipment, a tractor, mower, drill, etc., as well as harness and tools. The stored hay amounted to 20 tons. The only insurance cover it one for £70, .
