Emergency Parsley, One of the most useful emergency stocks to have in the store cupboard is a supply of preserved parsely so that a quantity is always on hand to meet unexpected demands, writes a correspon* dent. Wash thoroughly and drain some fresh parsley. Place in a moderate oven, Whou the parsley becomes crisp, remove it from the oven, and crush' it roughly between the hands.
