INTEREST TAKEN IN FRANCE (Beceived . anuary 28, 1 p.m.) PARIS, January 27. As women's suffrage is again being discussed in France, a lecture at the university by the wifo of the Hon. Oliver Stanley, British Minister of Labour, on tho part women had played in public life in Britain since the vote, is widely reported in the Press.
