CHINESE ART TREASURES PRECAUTION AGAINST PIRACY (British Official Wlreles- ) "RUGBY, January 25. The exhibits to be sent by the Chinese Government to tho exhibition of Chinese/Art tobe opened at Burlington House, London, next November, will consist of 1500 treasures from the Palaeo Museum, "in the' Forbidden City of Peking. These are at present stored in Shanghai warehouses and will be eonveyed-between that port and Singapore by a British warship, as a procaution against piracy on both the outward and homeward voyages.
