LADDER PRODUCED IN COURT
. FLEMINGTON, January 22. The prosecution today began to complete - its evidence with the introduction of a ladder allegedly usod in the kidnapping,-and a witness from whom Jiauptinann had rented a houso in the Bronx who declared that the flooring boards in the attic had disappeared, and another witness who testified that this boarding was used for a ladder. Two other witnesses identified Hauptmann as the man whom , they . saw several times in New Jersey during the weeks immediately before tho kid-
