OLD NAVALS; CLUB
The 01<T; Navals Club-, held a', shoot^on the 300 yards range on Saturday. The day's/scores count for the first series (fourth shoot), the Eabe:Cup, ; and ! the President's Cup (first shoot). ' ; ; Conditions were again tricky with a variable wind coming in from the right. The scores were not on the high side; only two riflemen reaching the ; standard (92). These were President Mcßain, who incidentally also made-the best guir score of the day (89); and Rifleman' J. Pitt. The range for next" Saturday will be 500 yards and the shoot will ■ count for the same competitions as this one, i.e.i the President's Clip, the Rabe Clip, and the; first series competition. . . . . ;'.''
