LOS ANGELES; November 10.
The grand jury which is investigating the irecord.of District Attorney Burton Fitts, who is under a perjury indictment,; found testimony regarding the mysterious suicide of Paul Bern, husband of Jean Harlow, in 1932^ that niay reopen the entire 'case^;.■-.■.''•.':';■ '• v ; ■.-. ..•' ■-;:,".•■. ; ■ ■- v The original ..grand jury returned a verdict of suicide, but; the • testimony reveals -that .several domestics in hii home doubted this, and expressed the opinion-that he was murdered. '-The foreman, of the present jury, -howoverj insisted : that they were1 not interested in the casej although according, to the reports one expert testified that the cryptic "suicide" note Bern left.-'wa's-'a palpable forgery.
