I The marriage took place recently at St. Maik's Church of Doieen loiworth, only daughtci of Mr. and Mis. 1\ Wil lis, Kelbuin, and John St. Heliei, only son of Mr. and Mis. F. E. Pope, Kcl bum. The ceiemony was conducted by 1 tho Rev. Mr. Bobeitsluuve.
The bndc, who enteied the chuich with her father, wore a beautiful gown of parchment angelskin lace ovci satin, made on fitting lines, with a squaie neck tiimmed with silver clips at eithci side and forming a deep cowl effect at tho back. Her veil of cieam tullo was worn at the back of the head and caught with spiays of orange blossom, and she earned a showei bouquet of cieam ios>es and sweet peas, with touches ot pink. The budcsinaida, Mi&ses Bauma List (New Ph mouth) and Hilda King (.Wellington), were dicssed alike m tiocks of floweicil ninon of pastel pink, blue and pnmiose shades. They weic made with a deep full at the back of the neck, forming a cape effect and a double iow of cas eading flounces down the long, full sknts. Their pictuio hats were of pale blue lcghoin stiaw, tiunmed with x bow oi -vohet and eiystal ornament and they cumed bouquets oi iosebucls> and sweet peas in shades oi pink and cream. Mr. Jack "Willis was bebt man ami Mi. Uany Pope gioomsman A reception was held in the Kelbuin Kiosk, which was prettily decoiatcl with pink and cieam loses and scailet and pink gorbcias. Mis. F. Willis leceived the guests, weaiing a gown of midnight blue lace, smait hat to match, tiimmed with quills, and caiiymg v bouquet of scarlet io«es Mis. F. E. Pope woro a black ninon gown with fui-cdgcd vehet cape and small black hat. , When ,tho biide and biidegioom left on their wedding tour the biide wore a. fiock of patterned maiocain, in shades of brown, cieam, and cherry, brown tailored coat, and hat to match.
