The New Plymouth Supreme Court opened this morning, before Mr. Justice Smith. The criminal calendar; is a light one; there are only three cases for trial, and on© prisoner, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Couft, to & charge of unlawful carnal knowledge, for sentence, i The following true bills were returned:—Richard. -Albert Dalley, alleged forgery and uttering (nine charges each); Henry Brunsden, alleged breaking, entering, and theft; Niell McFadgen, alleged unnatural offence and indecent assault on males.
