A fracture of the base of the skull was sustained by Graham Milligan, a child, residing at 83 Wallace Street, as the result of,a fnll down a,lsft bank at the corner of JTindlay Terrace' and Wallace Street this morning. He was taken to hospital by the Tree Ambulance. His^anditiosgJs^erigus,..^^^
