A remand/until next Friday, wan granted in the case of Charles Gordon Macfcessack, a salesman, who is charged 'witb obtaining credit while an undischarged bankrupt. Bail was allowed in the siim o£ £50 on his own recognisance. For striking another person in Manners Street, Rex Michie, aged 31, a seaman, was fined the amount of his bail, £3. James Malcolm Stewart, aged 22, a labourer, was fined £3, in default 14 days' imprisonment, for ■ using obscene language in Cuba Street,
