• (Beceive'd November 10,,11 a.m.)" ' LONDON, November 9.' , Although' the British Government denies >that it is specifically proposing a suspension of, meat shipments, it is admitted that the idea arose after discussions with the Dominion representatives here, after which suggestions for a mutual agreement, not proposals, were submitted to Australia.
