MEXICO CITY,-October 30,

Repeating his charges that Catholic clergy were attempting to overthrow •the Mexican Government by force, President Abelardo Rodriguez today instructed the Attorney-General, Senor Portes Gil, to investigate, and "act with all energy" to bring charges against those whom he found involved.
