■ A fpur-ye,ar-olcl'boy; Maurice Winter, of 73-'Happjc Valley Eoail, was knocked down by a car in Cuba Street at about 4.20 p.m. yesterday and received,a coin; pojunl fracture of tho left,leg. Earlier in tho afternoon, Joan J?lcming, a schoolgirl,,who resides 'at the Troeadcro1 - Hotel, ..received- a neck injury and abrasions to her legs when she fell through a skylight at the Thorndon School.
Wounds to his left car anil neck ivcro.suffered by~CeciL Morgan, .a labourer, of 27 Railway ■Settlement, Kaiwarra, when he was accidentally, struck by a shoved at. tho Pencarrow Shingle Company's yard in Aotea Quay. : The Free Ambulance took all three to hospital.
