A sentence of two years'_ reformative detention, to be concurrent with a sentence he is at present serving,' was' imposed by Sir Michael Myers (Chief Justice) in the Supreme Court , yesterday, on Arnold Vaughan Sutton, 33, motor mechanic, for breaking and. entering, and theft from a dwelling by day. His Honour warned the prisoner that a further offence might result in his being declared a habitual criminal. Sutton, who pleaded not guilty, stated that the offence was committed by a companion. Mr. O. C. Mazengarb was assigned by the Crown for tho defence.
