COMMITTEE'S REPORT
. (British Official Wireless.) - (Received November 1, 2.45 p.m.) RUGBY, October 31. Two members of the Joint Select Committee on Indian Reform will move in the House of Commons a motion on Thursday for the simultaneous publication of the report and minutes in! Britain and India. That the proposal-will ■be made by these members and not by, the Government is due to the fact that the suggestion for simultaneous publication emanates from the Joint Committee itself. ■-.■/- ■-." A similar motion in the House or Lords will be submitted by Lord Linlithgow. ' \ If Parliament sanctions the proposal it is anticipated that the report will be available to members on the evening of November 22.
