In the first round of the junior championship Mrs. Marsden beat Miss J, Hall; Mrs. Wright beat Mrs. Short; Miss Jacobsen won by default from Mrs. Mcllraith; Mrs. Watkins beat Miss Brien'; Mrs. Millar beat Mrs. Keaney; Mrs. Griffiths beat Mrs. Wrigley; Miss Davis beat Mrs. Parkinson; Mrs. H. Sterling beat Mrs. Hanson.

In the. second round Mrs. Marsdcn beat Mrs. Wright; Miss Jacobsen beat Mrs. Watkins; Mrs. Griffiths beat Mrs. Millar;' Mrs. H. Sterling beat Miss Davis.

Tie finals were to have been played today, but are postponed until Monday, when Miss Ganibrill will play Mrs. Mills in the seniors, and Mrs. H. Sterling will jilay Miss Jacobsen in the juniors.
